You or someone in your household participates in Medicaid, SNAP, SSI, Federal Public Housing, or Veterans Pension.
Income-Based
Your household income is at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
Free Monthly Service
Approved applicants get free monthly talk, text, and data — one benefit per household.
Free Smartphone
Eligible customers may also qualify for a free Android smartphone at signup.
Only one Lifeline benefit is available per household. Program availability and eligibility rules are set by the federal government and may vary by state.
