T-Mobile

Dial #932# from your T-Mobile phone to get a temporary transfer PIN by text, or find your account number on your bill / in the T-Life app under Account.

Verizon

In the My Verizon app go to Account → Account Settings → Transfer PIN. Your account number is on your bill or under Account → Bill.
