If your phone is hiding the ICCID, you’re not alone — and you probably don’t even need it. Here’s the one code that matters for Flip Mobile eSIM activation.
The Number to Dial:

This is the universal GSMA code that works on iPhone, Samsung, Pixel, and virtually every Android. It does NOT charge you or change anything.

Open your Phone app (the dialer)
Type *#06# — don’t press call, it pops automatically
You’ll see IMEI, EID, and sometimes ICCID at the very bottom
FLIP TIP: At Flip Mobile we activate using your EID, not ICCID. If you see EID after dialing *#06#, you’re good to go. ICCID is assigned AFTER activation.
ICCID vs IMEI vs EID — What’s the Difference?
Code What it is When you need it
ICCID 20-digit SIM serial number. Like a license plate for the SIM itself. After eSIM is installed, for porting/support
IMEI 15-digit device ID. Identifies your phone hardware. Warranty, blacklist check
EID 32-digit eSIM chip ID. Built into phone. Flip Mobile activation — this is what we need
Why You Can’t Find Your ICCID
eSIM not installed yet: No ICCID exists until the profile is downloaded. This is normal. Use EID instead.
Carrier hides it: Some carriers block ICCID in Settings for security. *#06# bypasses it.
Dual SIM confusion: You’re looking at physical SIM slot, not eSIM slot.
Other Ways to Find It (No Dial Code)
iPhone:
Settings > General > About > Scroll down to ICCID (under eSIM) and EID
Android (Stock Pixel):
Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs > Tap your eSIM > Look for ICCID / EID
Samsung:
Settings > About Phone > SIM Status > Select eSIM slot
What If *#06# Doesn’t Show ICCID
Try this checklist:
Restart phone, then dial *#06# again — eSIM service refreshes on boot
Make sure you’re checking eSIM slot, not physical SIM
Remove old expired eSIM profiles: Settings > Cellular / Network > Remove
On iPhone, toggle eSIM line off/on
