Does my phone support eSIM?
eSIM (embedded SIM) support depends on your phone model. Generally: iPhone XS (2018) and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 (2020) and newer, and Google Pixel 3 (2018) and newer all support eSIM. Older devices and some budget phones use physical SIM cards only.
What network do Flip X plans run on?
Flip X eSIM plans run on the T-Mobile nationwide network β one of the largest 4G LTE and 5G networks in the US. For AT&T-locked devices like the Samsung Galaxy A15, we offer AT&T-compatible options in our device shop.
My phone is carrier-locked β can I still use Flip X?
It depends on the carrier. If your phone is locked to T-Mobile, it will work perfectly with Flip X eSIM plans. AT&T-locked phones (like our Galaxy A15) can be used with the device + plan bundles we offer. Verizon and Sprint-locked phones may need to be unlocked first β contact your carrier.
What if my phone isn't in the database?

Can I use my iPhone with Flip X?
Yes! All iPhone models from the iPhone XS (2018) onward support eSIM and work great with Flip X plans. Older iPhones (6, 7, 8, X) use physical SIM β they can still work if they're unlocked or T-Mobile compatible.
